Is there something in Windows XP that will allow me to monitor such things as: CPU
temperature, memory used, cpu usage, fan speed, etc.

If not can anyone recommend the best software to do this.

Look up at the top of this kpage, click on the Search thing and there yhou will get a box where you can put in words like temperature, CPU, memory and you will get lots and lots of messages about that stuff. __ Windows XP does NOT have a built in monitor for temperature. But you can do atrl+alat+del and the task manager pos up and you can click on performance, etc.
