I am currently soon switching ISP's and need to know how to back up or save my Outlookexpress6 and MicrosoftOutlook2000.. so I will not loose any important database. Thanks Gio

Changing isp's will not cause you to lose your email, it's stored on your hard drive.

As Ricer said, you will not lose your mail.  With that said, if you want to back 
up your mail, I have used this product.
http://www.outlook-express-backup.com/

It has always worked quite nice for me.
