How to summarize defined hotkeys?

I'm encountering a hotkey conflict between 2 programs and would like to find out
all of the hotkeys that are defined (once all of the autostarted programs are running).
Is there any utility that does this? Hotkeys seem to be an issue that has been
ignored by most Annoyance and Hacking... books. Thank you, in advance.

Thank you for the quick response, Steve, but I'm looking for hotkeys defined by programs
(not necessarily Windows XP). I had seen that web page while doing research. I'm
assuming my conflict is at the program level, not at the OS level. Thank you, in
advance.

So, if you wait until all programs automatically started at boot time are running
but you can't dump the hotkey settings at that point, how do people normally debug
hotkey problems (or am I the only one)? :-)

I don't run into many that use Keyboard for anything but typing, and most do that
poorly, myself included.:)

I don't use hotkeys myself, but I would like to eliminate the conflict. Any suggestions
would be helpful...

Look in the Help file of the programs, and see if they can be turned off. If the
companies who wrote the programs are still in business, then email them for
some help. I email software developers on occasion, and most always get help.
