Question about 'Move or Copy Files at Will'

I have a question about Move or Copy Files at Will:

Is there no way to make it so that move is always the default action? I have a bunch of networked drives mounted on my various computers, and 99% of the time the action I want is Move, not Copy. I'd rather ctrl+drag or right drag files that other %1 of the time, rather than the reverse, which I have to do now.

Good question. I have been wondering this myself since most of the files I work with involve moving them between drives. I do not know why microsoft implemented the drag operation this way.
