This is the information need to solve a problem not a general description. And another thing never use the hardware button to end a process that is slow. There are a lot of thing going inside of your computer, that you are not aware of and they have to be keep track of. If you start a program and it slow Just Live with it until its finish otherwise you will be back here again asking for help. Now copy down those errors and post them so we can see what they are. Also describe accurately what happen when it crashes. If you have a problem. First thing to do. Backup all important data first. When I go to a web link, it throws up the error below. However, despite it crashing, the pages still load in the background, and I can still navigate round the internet. For example, I'm writing this with an error message up on screen now!
