Scenario: 2 computers running xp pro, computer A and computer B. Computer B is new; I recently built and installed xp. I have them networked hard wire, not wireless. Computer A can see and access shares on computer B. But computer B can not see or access shares on computer A. Computer B will not even find the printer being shared on computer A. I verified that Computer A shares have the user group Everyone added, with full permission.

You may either have to set up a network and enable 'file and printer sharing' or you may have to tweak your firewall to not block 'file and printer sharing' which can be found in the firewall applet in the Control Panel.

If that last reply does not work, try editing the permissions in the 'Sharing' tab, NOT the 'security' tab. They are different. The 'Sharing' tab takes precedence over the 'security' tab just like deny permissions take precedence over allow permissions.
