Custom Color Dialog Problem

I'm having a problem where all the custom color dialog windows are resticting me
to two digits of numerical input in the hue, sat, lum and red, green, blue fields.
Copying and pasting three digit values into this field also get constricted to two
digits.
I thought maybe perhaps it was the Windows theme I was using. I tried using the classic
and luna themes but the same thing would happened.
I included a screen shot to illustrate the problem.

dude, never seen that before, and sorry cannot help but, a couple of questions. Have
you tried altering the fontsize - perhaps the theme uses a larger font than normal And
no, I dont know which one applies to dialog boxes - sorry, A case of trial and error. Does
this always happen, from wherever the common dialog is called?

It's not theme specific because the same thing happens when using the classic theme.
