I have a question about How
do I show hidden files (such as MSDOS.SYS)?:

I was just wondering if there's a shell / explorer extension that will place a button on the Windows Explorer tool bar to let me quickly show / hide hidden files?

Ally, don't know about an explorer button, but Here you can download a script that will toggle between hidden and not.
Will speed up a the process from 3 seconds to 1 second.
If its worth it, use at your own peril.

I have a problem, i can't see the hidden files, actually, when i enter into the hidden files and folders inside the folder options, both options "do not show" and "show hidden" are selected, and when i choose "show hidden" and clicked apply, and ok it doesn't show the files nor the folders, and when i enter again to do the same, it happens the same... what can i do?!?! thanks!
