If a program crashes regularly, then try reinstalling the program.

Not sure I understand what you are looking for. From the Error Reporting dialog,
you can disable it, or enable it for specific programs. What are you trying to accomplish?

Some errors require that the program closes, you can't just have it remain running.
Try Steve's advice.

i have the same problem but the file that quits is part of my Presario Drive under
My Computer..how do you delete that? it's a file i created called downloads and the
internet stuff i download goes there...?
