Question about 'Getting Network Neighborhood to recognize newly attached computers'

We have a wireless network setup which requires a "key" for access. There are five computers and NO server. One of the computers is hard-wired to the network, the others utilize wireless access. All systems are running windows XP SP2. Only two systems are able to see each other in the Workgroup, yet only one system is able to view shared files out of the two. The remaining systems cannot access the Workgroup. An error message occurrs: "Workgroup" is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available... All stations have File and Printer Sharing enabled. All network settings are DHCP enabled. While we're not able to see each other, we're able to access the internet. Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.

How is your wireless accomplished? Router or AP? It by Router, are you using othe hard wired computer to bridge the wireless to the wired LAN?
