Is there any way to delete all the images in the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer with just a few mouse clicks rather than having to delete each image one by one?

Your title doesn't relate a whole lot to your question.
The answer is yes. It's called: open the folder, select the files, and either hit the delete key, drag them to the recycle bin, or right click on one of them (while they're all selected) and click "delete."
