A MS site is always best for this. Please read through this before trying to install SP2 though. If your system is not ready for it you can end up with a real mess on your hands. After you download the File, Reboot, and turn off all background applications like AV software. Turn on System Restore for a false sense of safety, Then just click on the file, and SP2 will install. When Done save the File, in case you need it for future installs. If you have broadband then don't worry about saving it, since it doesn't take that long to download with DSL.
