Hi all. In the past I could go Start> and could then see a line that said; Connect to: Clicking on the connect to brought up a sidebox with all the connections that could be made. This has disappeared. How do I put it back there? I now have to rely on a shortcut on the desktop and I hate cluttering the desktop. Thanks

Right click on "Start" then select Properties.

Check "Start menu" and click on Customize.

Go to the Advanced tab and scroll down until you see "Network connections". Check
the "Display as Connect to menu" box, then OK your way out of this maze.
