Try DRTCP, though I think it is all snake oil. I couldn't see a real difference in internet tweaking myself.

I agree. A figure of 200 going up to 203 is like putting a new air cleaner on your 
car. It's all in the mind....

Increase the size of DNScache maybe? [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dnscache\Parameters]
