moving curser on programs, it shows new program installed. coludnt find the program.after clicking programs, many programs highlited in yellow colour. Its cleared After running the antivirus. but after some days it reapears Pls help

Sorry, don't have any idea what you are talking about. Please try again and explain exactly what you do and what you see. Words are cheap so use them.

If running Antivirus fixed it for a while, it could be a virus that is still in the 
system. I would try again with a different antivirus program.

It's pretty obvious to me. His start menu is showing new programs installed. When 
you install a new program it shows up highlighted in yellow in the Start Menu.

Running an Antivirus fixed the problem temporarily.
