Question about 'What are the $INPLACE.~TR and $WINDOWS.~Q folders for in Windows Vista?'

I followed the suggestion but cannot find "Disk". When I type that in Run, I get
an error msg that the file cannot be found. But I did fine the Windows Install Clean
Up option. WHen I choose that I get a list of items about which I know nothing and
would be afraid to make changes since they are permanent.
Any more help?
