My Computer Keeps Freezing Every 3-4 Days.
This Has Only Being Happening Recently Though.
Before 2007 Ive NEVER Had A Problem With This Computer (Which Ive Had For 5-7 Years).
When It Freezes The Screen Stays Still And You Lose Control Of The Mouse.
I Am Then FORCED To Do An Inproper Shut Down Which In Turn Means Running Another 
Disk Check
Some Info About My Computer:
HardDrive Capacity: 17.7GB
Space Left: 2.52GB
Memory: 1024MB

Any Ideas?

Sounds like ram overheating, maybe the power supply. And back the data up on the old on and transfer it.
