800x600 Resolusion after Installing Sims2 Seasons exp

Hey Guys,
I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tho i can now only play my Sims 2 in
800/600 Resolution after installing the Seasons exp. And it doesnt give me other
Resolution options in the game.
When uninstalled it played the Pets exp fine tho.
Plays fine on my Laptop.
Any ideas?

Ask the software publisher, this is not an XP issue. Or at least post in a game forum,
it's probably a limitation in the game itself.
