I think that the general concept that M$ has is that if you really want the Vista 
interface so badly, you should buy Vista. They are pretty cunning that way. And people 
like yourself eventually fall for it, the same way that a fish can't resist those 
colorful lures swimming past them.

The colorful Vista lures are pretty, but I found the Hook small and dull, and I was able to spit it out.
