The Article is dated 2004, so may not work for new versions on Media Player. I have
the keys, but have never updated WMP.

I have SP2, WMP 10 but looks like I don't want to do that as I do set WMP as my default
player for audio CDs and that post said it might screw that up. Thans for the info
though.

Your Welcome, I used the info too. I don't use WMP except for the occasional Web
media stuff, and was also glad to get rid of the context menu entries.

Oh, and by the way...
In the Run window, after hitting OK, the computer whirrs and clicks for about 10
seconds.
After that, the right-click pull-down menu is clean. "NO" re-booting required.
The change is immediate.

Just one more thing:
Win XP Pro SP2, Windows Media Player (WIMP) version 11.
No problem.
