I run a legal XP professional. Internet is by dialup. I like firefox. All was fine
until startup 17th may when firefox wont talk to the internet. IE 6 does with no
trouble. I uninstalled mozilla and reinstalled. Still no luck.
Automatic updates did install 52 updates on the night of 16th (significant?)
Please help as IE drives me crazy.
Cheers Steve

Check your firewall to make sure you haven't inadvertently blocked Firefox. I have
done this a few times.

Ive turned off Windows firewall, and removed zone alarm, so its probably not a firewall
problem.I would remove IE if it were possible as I much prefer Mozila.
Any other suggestions?
Cheers Steve (baffled)

Have you checked on the Firefox Forun? I can't use
2.0 on one computer. Had to use an earlier version.
