Upgraded from ME to XP,everything was fine for a couple of months. One day When I tried to use the system an error mmessage appeared saying I had a virus,My brother Installed PCCillin and since that time the system runs really slowly when it starts and I her something running I think it's the PCCillin.How can I speed this thing up?

You are suspecting the pclin uninstall it then you will see. There is AVG free antivirus prgrm it is pretty good.

That's your problem. Do a clean install of XP. Upgrading from ME is just asking for 
trouble. In fact, it's not a good idea to do an upgrade from any 9x system. A couple 
resources....
