Microsoft indicated it acted now because it just found out about the site.

Unbelievable, makes my blood boil just thinking about it. They aren't really obligated to honor Microsoft's request, are they? Surely, there's nothing illegal about it.

probably applying the same reasoning the RIAA invokes against MP3-Filesharers.
That Ownership of the Copyright entitles them to be the sole Distributor of the Files,even 
if they are Free and have to be used to patch M$'s Mistakes..Really some Convoluted 
reasoning behind it.
Of course,Autopatcher enabled O/S Owners with Serial# that don't bear too close scrutiny 
to patch their Systems.
