Question about 'How do I skip the Product Activation in Windows XP?'

My product activation box comes win i answer yes,But all i get is a blue screen with
2 big keys.I left it alone for 15 minutes or so,and nothing changed.I just close
the box out and it returns to the desktop.My question is'Whats the problem?Why won't
it do whatever it needs to do and quit popping up everytime on reboot?.I'm afraid
to answer nobecause I don't want the computer to quit working.
Please help

If it's a legal instal of Windows... Just call Windows Customer Service.
