I have a question about Open WinHelp (Winhlp) files in Windows Vista:

When I opened up windows to get winhlp32.exe I get the following: 2 winhlp32.exe.mui - with "size" 3.00 KB (3,072 bytes) and "size on disk" 4.00 KB (4,096 bytes) and 2 ?(icon)winhlp32 (Windows Winhlp32 Stub) with "size" 9.00 KB (9,216 bytes) and "Size on disk" 12.0 KB (12,288 bytes) Questions are: Which one should I use to follow your instructions? and why are there 2 of the same things; and can I delete one? Thanks ?winhlp32

I'm afraid you're on the wrong forum, try the Vista one.

Try them both and see what happens.
