In the internet options screen, I always set the default email program to Thunderbird. Unfortunately, Windows always resets it to Outlook at every fresh reboot. A major annoyance. Any suggestions?

Try setting it in Program Access and Defaults.

Start | All Programs | Set Program Access and Defaults

It's usually up at the top.

You'll find what you're looking for under "Custom."

I reset the programs from the suggested screen and it didn't seem to correct the problem. Is there a registry setting I could access?

I don't have an answer. I'm sorry. Beyond setting it as the default program in
Set Program Access and Defaults and it's own preferences, I'm stumped.

What's your default browser?

Have you tried a mozilla forum?

Anyone else here have any ideas?
