When I right click on a file and go to the "Open With" heading, how do I change or delete the suggestions that are being offered?

Open -> My Computer || Select -> Tools(menu at top) || Select -> Folder Options || Select -> File Types(tab at top) || In here you can associate programs to files by their extensions(.txt .dat .ini etc)
