I am trying to connect to a remote/virtual lab. When i try to connect it says remote connection are not enable or allowed on this computer. where is that option.

Problem is at the other end, not yours.  If this is for a class, let the instructor 
know.  If it is for "testing" lab, contact the LAN Administrator.
