I have the basic BitTorrent client right now, and downloads caps at about 60kb/s 
on my 400+kbps DSL connection.  I am not knowledgeable about torrents, but my friend 
claims his goes up to 200 on his client (i think Azureus.  Is this due to limited 
capacity of the torrent client?  

Please suggest a safe and capable client.  Is there one for Ffox?
