whenever i startmy PC i get the messege as following, c:\windows\system32\qpvlhiou.dll
and i am unable to read any DVDs on my PC. what is the best solution?

A Google search for qpvlhiou.dll did not get any hits so it's most likely
malware of some kind. Follow directions at any of the following sites. The folks
there are dedicated to malware removal and will be able to help you determine if
your system is infected and if so how to clean it up. They require that you register
but they are all free. Also be patient as they are usually very busy:
