hello every body, my windows xp local admin password automatically changed. i break the password and successfully log on to windows xp and reset my local admin password. when i rebooted the password of local admin again have changed. when i try to change password policy in adminstrative tool - local security policy it is not accessible. when i successfully log on to windows xp after breaking the password i updated the symantec antivirus corporate edition 9.0. i fully scanned the pc but after rebooting the same problem exit. can anyone help me. khurram haeez

Sounds like some kind of malware infection. Follow directions at any of the following sites. The folks there are dedicated to malware removal and will be able to help you determine if your system is infected and if so how to clean it up. They require that you register but they are all free.
