I have a question about I
get a 'File not found' message when I try to start any program:
how can i use the patch when using mozilla firefox. It downloads as a notepad file
and nothing happens.

You must have missed these notes.
# If your browser asks you what it should do with the file, instruct it to save it
to your desktop. If, instead, your browser simply displays the contents of the file
in the browser window, select Save from the File menu, and save the file to your
desktop.
# Next, right-click the new 07-102.inf file, and select Install.
# The fix should take effect immediately.

i tried that but i got an error message saying windows can't open this file. Windows
needs to know what program created it.

Even easier when the notepad text shows up in Firefox
use the Keys
Ctrl S

The File should end with .inf
