My Documents are stored twice?

If I go to EXPLORE to look at what is in the computer, I see "My Documents" listed both under my code name in the computer and my legal name. It appears that when I store a document, it goes to both. I would assume this is tying up valuable memory. I was afraid to simply delete one for fear thay are not trully the same. Do you have a suggestion?

There is only one "my documents" folder by default, MS has just provided access to it several ways, if it was duplicated, it would take up drive space...

What you are seeing is two views of the same file, not two files. Delete one and neither place will show it anymore - you can test that with a junk file to convince yourself :-)
