The simplest way to do this is to open the directory from the Firefox browser. then
simply print. Takes 2 seconds.

I know how to open a file inside a folder in Firefox, but how do I open a list of

Enter file:///C:/ into the address bar and go from there. Behaves like a
server-side index - click a folder to display the contents.
This isn't
unique to Firefox, most browsers will do it.
