Auto repair / refresh network connections

Hi all,
I have
1)A domain with windows 2003 Sp1 as DC
2)DHCP Enabled
3)Have both windows Xp and windows 2003 as clients
4)We have ISA2000 for Internet sharing and Filtering
The problem is that every now and then the Connection is lost
The windows XP clients can not acess Internet, LAN, Shared drives and printers until
they do a Network Repair
this task of reparing they have to do 10-12 times a day
if they are brousing any site sa google and do a search, sometimes the results dont
display, repair and we get results. sometimes the results display we check 2-3 results
in seperate tabs or windows in Firefox & IE, the rest of the results shows timeout.
even the google search page if refreshed its Timeout error can not display the page.
do a repair and refresh those pages and everything works fine.
The windows 2003 clients are not having this problem, only Windows XP clients
I have done following
1) Rebooted several times the Domain Controler
2) Rebooted several times the ISA 2000 Server
3) Rebooted my Router 4 times
4) Literally One day Switched OFF every thing for 10 minutes and restarted (Desktops,
Servers, Switches, Routers etc.)
5) Scanned Whole network for Virus (with Mcafee and Norton)
6) Nothing in Events in event viewer which i can try to troubleshoot (No errors,
No warnings) on any system or server
7) All systems have all the Updates installed.
therefore installed a new system with XP having only SP2 still the same problem
But nothing solved this problem...
please can someone point out what else can i do???
or
any settings, domain policy, script that i can use which automatically does this
on regular baises
My network users are screaming on this as some are restricted users and cant repair
their settings so they have to logoff and then login to use Network...
Please help......
Bikram

I don't know the answer to your question. But further information might help someone
to figure it out.
When the XP machines are failing, do they all fail at the same time? Or do they
fail at different times, unrelated to one another?
When an XP machine is failing, if you run ipconfig, does it have an IP address on
the LAN?
When an XP machine is failing to access the internet, is it still able to access
other resources on the LAN?
Have you tried giving the XP machines static IP addresses instead of addresses through
DHCP?
