my computer crashed and now when i turn it on the tower makes a flatline beep noise..nothing happens. screen stays black, tone keeps sounding...does anyone know what is wrong and how i can fix it??? Please???

There are a few possibilities. What happens if you disconnect the keyboard, and then start the machine up? The flatline beep noise can be a symptom of a stuck key on the keyboard, which will in some cases prevent the PC from booting.

How 'crashed'? You mean continuous beep? Have you checked everything inside is seated/connected 
correctly? Disconnect everything apart from cpu, memory, graphics and keyboard. Will 
it boot to POST screen? If not, try resetting cmos - usually a jumper near the mobo 
battery (often labelled jbat) - 3 pins. To reset move the jumper to close the currently 
open pins, then put back as was.
