IBM ThinkPad RAM

Hi.
I got an IBM Thinkpad T20, type: 2647, laptop with
Win XP. It has 128MB RAM (in 1 slot out of 2) PC100.
I'd like to upgrade to 512MB RAM (256MB RAM on
each slot).
The problem is, these old memory type is not sold
anymore in stores.
I've searched in ebay, it cost about $40 (each), $80
for the two of them (including S&H).
The whole computer doesn't worth it.
I'm also looking on craigslist for a good sale.
If anyone knows a place to buy for cheap prices,
please let me know.
