Somebody is Remotely Watching me

Hello all-
I think my girlfriend may have installed something that runs in the background on
my computer. I have checked the process list but I don't know enough about computers
to know if there is something there that shouldn't. How do I copy and paste everything
in my process tab on Windows Task Manager? I'd like someone to take a look and let
me know if there is anything unusual.

A little advice on girlfriends (wife for that matter), if you don't trust them, it's
time to let them go.
Check your Add/Remove program list in the Control Panel.
Do a Google search for any unknown programs.
You can Google search any unknown processes also.
Good luck!

Most decent spying products don't show up in the process list anyway.

Well I found out that it wasn't remote software or a keylogger. She tells me that
one the IT faculty members at her college showed her how to retrieve ANYONE'S gmail
password. She says that he does something where the password isn't even covered with
the *** symbol. It actually shows the exact letters/numbers. Anyone heard of this
type of email hacking abilities????? I don't know what to do now. Seems like changing
my password is futile.

What should you do now? Get out of this ridiculous, sick relationship where your
girlfriend won't honor your privacy and you have to worry about her reading your
email without your authorization. Is that how you want to live your life?

Change your password anyway.
Password Hack software is available from many sources on the Net. Sounds like your
GF and/or the Faculty IT person is using it inappropriately. (no surprise)
Tell GF to knock it off. If she doesn't, kick her to the curb, as they say. If she
is using the University system to Hack your email, report her to the University.
(after you dump her).
If your eMail has been Hacked from the College end, report the intrusion to the University
IT Department Head. Don't let this pass. If it's being done to you, it's being done
to others. The faculty member needs to be fired.
There's nothing to learn from someone who already agrees with you.

Hello there; I would just set a password in the bios to keep others out of the system
rather than get myself in some trouble kicking her buttcheecks out of your crib.
Lots of luck...g.
