Question about 'What to Throw Away'

I have a question about What
to Throw Away:
How to get rid of folder C:\dddf6c5e9b430e2b161dbae21beb
It is Arabic, 34 MB, and won't delete even after I remove Read-Only attribute. I
don't know how it got there.
Thank you for your attention.

That information is about seven years old. In view of the large amount of updates
there has been to Windows XP, it is now very hard to say something is not needed.
If you value your time, it would be better to not be throwing new things away. Except
the updates to Adobe PDF reader. That you can throw away.
