Scan will not complete

Really weird problem here...my norton will hang on the "My Pictures" folder and then
say scan complete without scanning the full system. I have put 2 previous good Image
backups on and same problem. I did a complete system scan and no problems before
creating the backups. Can my user profile be corrupt ? I have reinstalled symantec
and that did no good.

Not an XP problem, ask Symantec tech support.

Since Norton was working when I created the Images and now it isn't, something in
windows has changed...not Norton

Will also contact Norton...at this point I'm not sure if it's Windows or Norton...stumped.

It's Norton's program that's hanging isn't it?
