KB annoyance after installing XP
When I hit the @ key I get " and the reverse when hitting the " key I get
@ any help plse
after installing xp, I found that I had to use the 2/" key to get the @ sign and
visa versa. Is there an easy way to change it bar doing another install and activation
proceedure

2/" key? My 3 keyboards all have the 2 key paired with the @ sign, which appears
to be how Windows is interpreting your keyboard. Suggest you try another (standard?)
keyboard, or a little sticker on the problematic key.

Select the correct keyboard, you don't live in the US.

John, if you want to waste some time, have a look at the Keyboard_Layout entry in
Wikipedia. Standards?? Huh!

Got to the link below. Select your keyboard and run mouse over image. May take a
few seconds on a slow day.
