whenever i open any folder , a msg pops up saying system error : u r infected with
a spyware n u need to download an antispyware to remove this spyware : OK or Cancel
If i choose cancel the folder opens normally and the msg pops up again when i open
the next folder
if i choose ok, the explorer tries to download a file called ieav.exe , which windows
defender identifies as a spyware when its download is finished and removes it
how can i get rid of this spyware ?

Start with a online scanner. Trend Micro has a good one. If that doesn't do it try a Spyware Scanner Remover. http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ http://www.snapfiles.com/Freeware/security/fwantispy.html

Hello. I ran the downloads that you provided, and I still seem to get that annoying pop up that encourages me to download the system. Even if I x out or cancel, a pop up comes up that provides a fake scan of my computer. How can I get rid of this? D:

You probably have a new variant of this malware that FixIEdef cannot fix (incidentally it only masks the malware, preventing it launching, not actually removing it). Try these two products from Malwarebytes:-

RogueRemover
Anti-Malware

Hope this helps. Cheers. Spexx.
