Hi, xp sp2 home 512 mem I get this message alot i'm trying to get my Email. My provider says I've got malware and to many antspyware running on my computer.Is he right? The server responded with an error. Account: 'mail.cedarville.net', Server: 'mail.cedarville.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR AVG POP3 Proxy Server: Cannot connect to the mail server!', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90 My computer checks out good with spybot search and destroy, winpatrol ,spyware terminater and I use ccleaner,avg8 virus jacobi

Your provider has actually told you this? I've never had a provider contact me at 
all. How would we know if he is right (assuming he really did tell you this)? A Google 
search turns up that the password you entered is not valid.

Thanks for your responce,I do get this error alot and my password is correct. My Email works but I usually have to wait along time like 3-4 minutes for it to load.I guess I can live with this. jacobi

I don't know that you need to live with it, but you need to answer questions to help 
others here understand the problem. I may not have any solutions, but others might. 
You need to respond to show that you are truly interested in solving the problem. 
Giving up, is less likely to lead to a solution.
