If I understand you right, he started installing windows on your second hard drive?
Like D:?
YOu have to edit the boot.ini file on the C: drive in order to remove the second
entry that pertains to this installation. This will remove it from your boot sequence.
You can identify the proper partition because the entries will tell you what drive()
and partition() the installation is on.. The correct entry will be something like
drive(0), and the bad one will be drive(1)...
I don't know if it is actually called drive, but take a look, you'll see.
Then just go delete the files off the D: drive like the WINDOWS folder, or PROGRAM
FILES folder.

Most probably boot.ini is a hidden file. You should make it visible by clicking Tools-Folder
options-View(tab)-choose show hidden files and folders. Or Simply get in with your
first windows, right-click My computer-Properties-Advanced(tab)-Startup and Recovery-settngs-System
startup default o/s-edit and this is the boot.ini where you can delete your second
windows installation entry.
