i have disbled all my msc services now i can not start them again it loads up but nothing works the taskbar system restore nothing any ideas?????...................

Sad, but unsurprising that it will do nothing as that's exactly what you told it 
to do :-(

Come to think of it, in the Boot Menu, do you have an option like "Last Known Good 
Configuration". That would work, if you have it.

Press F8 during the initial boot process.

You went into the services applet and set everything to disabled?  First question 
that comes to mind is: Why????

Now you want to just start them up again?  You need to go into each one and set 
the startup type to either automatic or manual and then you can start them.  If they 
are left at disabled, they will never start.

Most likely, a re-install will be required. Don't mess with features you don't understand.

press Ctrl-Alt-Del once the system is booted to open task manager.  From there you 
can click 'file' and 'New Task'.. Type in services.msc and you can open the services 
applet to turn everything back on..
