Outlook mail.

I have XP Pro SP2 with Office 2003 w/ all the upgrades. This isn't really a tech
question but more of a "Just where the heck is that file." question.
So here goes. When I finish a letter and I am writing the thank you at the bottom
of the email. A little balloon pops up asking if I would like to have my name and
address automatically placed by clicking the enter button. Well sure! But, that info
needs to be updated. And I just can not find the file where this info is kept.
If there is no answer here, maybe one of you would know where I should go. Thanks!

I have! But I do not know what to ask for. If you don't know what search words to
use. The search becomes waisted time. And I've waisted a couple of hours looking.

Sounds like you are using Word as the editor for your Outlook email (?). In Outlook
go to Tools>Options>Mail Format>Signatures - click the signatures icon and see if
there are any listed. You can delete or edit whatever is there.... If there is
nothing there then I can't help (!), you'll have to continue looking in Office help.

Well, it could be your poor spelling in your searches. "Waisted" isn't the same as
wasted.

Try word help with "autocomplete" or just Insert - Autotext and take it from there.
