I want to fix permanently in view details the common file dialog - open and save, save as, that shows always in columns, Is there a way to change this in regristry? Exist a program called File-ex, but is payed. Thanks.

Open Windows Exployer, set to details you want and choose Tools>Folder options>View tab and click the Apply to all Folders button.

If you come across any folders you want to be something else (Icons, Thumbnails, Ect.) change to what you want and then hold the ctrl key while you click the red x to close the window. The next time you open it, it will be as it was when you closed the window.
