Homepage Hijack

A certain website has hijacked my home page. In the tools menu, the Homepage is
written as Yahoo.com but, when I open internet explorer, Yahoo does not come.; instead
the following site comes up: http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx.
Please assist.

My antivirus software. When the antivirus was running it was finding some infected
files and was deleting them. I believe that one of the files that was deleted was
Explorer.exe.

Yeah, it's called IE7.
