I am experiencing a peculiar problem.
That is whenever I restart windows It starts to print the last document given for
printing automatically.
The old print job is automatically added to the print job que.
I have Hp laserjet 1020 printer.
I think that this is a windows problem.
is there any command line command for deleting the print que, so that I can put it
in startup to automatically delete any print in the cue?
please help

I couldn't find anything like this, but I do not think it is a core windows or hp
problem.
I would start with msconfig -- Start, click Run, type msconfig.
1. Disable all start-up items, print and re-boot.
2. If it works (no printing), enable a few start-up items, print and re-boot. Repeat
to find the culprit.
If msconfig does not find it, try uninstalling/re-installing all of the printers
software (including the drivers). Check hp for updated drivers.
You could try DELeting the queue from a batch file, but I am not sure of it's exact
location. I would guess it is a sub-folder under WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL. Also, I
think it will probably be too late to stop the job anyway.
Command --> del c:WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\sub-folder\*.*
If none of those work, I need more information:
Did this work before (new development)?
Any new hardware/software?
Does it happen with ANY job (notepad, print screen, corel draw, web print)?
Is it a network printer?
