Terminal Services Missing?! How to install?

Hello everyone,
I'm a new member.
I did a search first but couldn't find what I was looking for.
I'm using Windows XP Media Center version.
My actual problem is that my Fast User Switching option is not working. I click
on the feature and it unclicks itself right after closing out that particular screen.
I then did a search for some help regarding this issue and came across several resources
that advise that the Remote Prodecure Call, Fast User Switching Compatibility and
Terminal Services services should be enabled and working.
That's when I discovered the problem. The RPC service is enabled and working fine,
the FSU service was stopped and when I clicked it to start I got the following message:
ERROR 1075: The Dependency service does not exist, etc..etc..
and then I learned that there is no Terminal Services in the Service list which I
assume was what the error message is referring to.
So, Terminal Services is nowhere to be found and I was wondering how I stall this?
Thanks very much,
Michele

I'll download and see if that fixes my problem.
Thank you very much for directing to the source.
